Fortuna: Goddess of Luck( assassin)

Passive: Double swipe: Fortuna has a 5% chance to hit twice for her basic attack.

Ability 1: Leap of Faith: Fortuna jumps to her target location and deals 100/120/140/160/180(+20% physical damage). Has a luck chance of 30% to apply a d.o.t of 20/30/40/50/60(+5% physical damage) every half a second for 2 seconds.

Ability 2: Leech Life: Fortuna gives her blade a 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% life steal for 4/4.5/5/5.5/6 seconds. Has a luck chance of 50% to give 12/14/16/18/20 penetrations.( will be indicated by a different color on her blade).

Ability 3: Crippling Strike: Fortuna's next basic attack cripples and slows the target for 3 seconds. The target is slowed for 12%/14%/16%/18%/20%. Has a lunch chance of 40% to silence the enemy for 1 second.

Ability 4: Luck: Fortuna for 4/4.5/5/5.5/6 seconds has double the luck chance on her abilities and passive. When activated all abilities come off cooldown. Fortuna is also given cc immunity for 2 seconds.

On the idea of luck,
It's hard to work around with MOBAs.
Balance is difficult to get when it's not always definite.
