Fei Lian: Fei Lians tail bites an enemy dealing damage and poisoning them.

2nd-Zephyr, Feng Bo causes all enemies effected with Breeze to explode dealing damage to enemies and slowing them.

3-4 stacks 200/220/240/260/280
5 stacks 300/320/340/360/380
Cool Down: 8/8/8/6/4

3rd-Tempest, Feng Bo leaps forward dealing damage to enemies and slowing them. If Feng Bo hits an enemy he may leap again.
Fei Lian: Fei Lian dashes forward dealing damage to enemies.

Cool Down: 15/14/13/12/12

Ultimate: Fei Lian, Feng Bo roots himself in place for 2 second while he transforms himself into Fei Lian. Fei Lian gains increased movement speed and damage. Fei Lian transforms back into Feng Bo after 20 seconds.

Movement speed: 40%
Damage increase: +150
Cool Down: 60s

Ult seems a little op. 60s Cooldown with 150+ Power. With 20 seconds. Otherwise I think he is pretty good.
