Passive: Divine Mark: All abilities do a slow for 25% if the opponent is hit with a auto attack from a teammate, additionally, all slowed targets have their protections reduced by 8%.
This lasts for 12 seconds and can be refreshed.

1: Widowmaker: Passive: When summoned you have 70 increased magical power for 6s.
Dhumavati summons a water geyser and blows the earth out from under it, damaging and rooting for a short time. Keep in mind while summoning she has to be still for .6 seconds.
Radius 25 (The attack is a Circular blast similar to Scylla’s Crush, actual max range for it is 75)
Damage: 10 (+10% for the initial geyser) 75/105/135/165/195 (+55% for the earth explosion)
Initial geyser wait time: .95s (Then the secondary damage shows up.
Root: .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5
Mana:60/65/70/75/80
Cooldown: 14/14/14/14/14

2: Divine Blast: Dhumavati blows the earth out from under her and spreads her divinity onto the earth, making a large blast that reduces the power all enemy gods near it, but if their are gods near it, it increases her movement speed based off of how many gods are near by. It also reduces protections if the divine mark is applied. Keep in mind she cant move for .4 seconds while summoning.
Radius 25 (All around her similar to Ra’s Divine Light)
Damage: 40/70/100/130/160 (+20% magical power)
Speed up per god: 20%/25%/30%/35%/40%
Reduded Power: 10%/20%/30%/40%/50%
Mana: 50/50/50/50/50
Protections: 10/20/30/40/50
Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16

3: Earth Screech: Dhumavati shoots a strait line of earth and light at the speed of a sunder. It goes through everyone and if it hits god and people near that god within 20radius with Divine Mark applied are hit by the 30% of the damage done to the normal target. Additionally all followup damage on the targets not directly hit receive a damage increase. Keep in mind she can move during this. (Note, this ability does not increase its own damage however it increases its other ability damage.)
Radius: 60 (equal to sunder in speed but the maximum range is 60)
Damage: 50/110/170/230/290 (+45% magical power)
Increase to Damage: 10%/15%/20%/25%/30%

4: Heavenly Charge: Dhumavati shines light down upon her giving her a charge of power. Then she picks up the earth from under her, completely combining the earth and divinity with her. Then she shoots the charge and the earth at the same time, massively damaging and crippling,(Keep in mind once you finish charging it the shot is instant), and whilst this ability is going, the earth is around her protecting her by giving a mass amount of protections and crippling targets near her while still tick damaging them. At the cost, all damage done to her is 20% more damage during the charge and the shot. Keep in mind she cant move during this, but she can pivot, but the more she pivots the smaller the width gets making it harder to hit it.
Radius for the blast: 95 (Width is 9 and it is a line attack)
Radius for the protection ring 10 (All around her)
Charge up time: 1.5s
Damage: 370/500/630/760/890 (+145% Magical power)
Cripple duration from the blast: .6/.7/.8/.9/1
Protections: 20/35/50/65/80
Cripple from protection earth only cripples if they are inside of the 10 radius ring.
Tick damage from ring: 15/20/25/30/35 (+4% magical power; also the tick damage is only in effect if they are in the ring.
Mana: 100/110/120/130/140
Cooldown:115s
Base Stats: 490 (+77)
Base Mana 320 (+38)
Speed: 350 (+0)
Range 55 (+0)
Attack/Sec: 0.91 (+.91)
Basic Damage: 32 (+2.1)
Power Magical:170 (+7.5)
Power Physical 0 (+0)
Physical Defense: 30
Magical Defense: 7 (+2.9)
HP5 11(+.5)
MP5 5.3 (+.39)
Tips on abilities: The 1 is used for killing backline/poking
The 2 is used to agress or get people off of you
The 3 is used for clear
The 4 needs to be used in a safe spot but can 1 shot late game
The passive is good if used correctly with auto attack jungles and or hunters/solo laners on your team
This god benefits mostly from strait damage and an obsidian shard so that the ult can kill guardians no problem. This ult is very similar to ra’s, but it hits harder at the cost of a longer cooldown, but the ult is by far the reason this god is maybe an idea. It can slow if your team is in a fight and it makes he bo and his ult look like nothing. At the cost of such a dominate ult, her normal kit is no where near as good as others. Also, she is a poke god until her ult is up. she is fairly healthy for a mage, but she is easily ganked so she has to be careful. Also, don't use her 1 on the backline if you can, it is supposed to be used for poking.
Her ability leveling should be in my opinion: 1 if you want to invade/clear buffs faster, 2 if your stupid, and your 3 if you want to clear lane efficiently, then the other one out of your 1 or 3 that you didn't pick up or your 2 if your really scared. After that max level her 3. Then level her 4. Then it goes, 3,3,1,4,3,1,1,4,1,2,2,4,2,2,4
A simple build for conquest would be, soul stone, power pot, 3 health, 3 mana for starting
The build is, Shoes of the Magi, Book of Thoth,(or doom orb if your getting frisky, chronos pendant, obsidian shard, rod of tahuti, spear of desolation.

This god sounds really good, the abilities are well thought through with good numbers. I would play this god and would like to see her in the game
