Cerberus in Greek and Roman mythology, is a multi-headed (usually three-headed) dog, or "hellhound" with a serpent's tail, a mane of snakes, and a lion's claws. He guards the entrance of the underworld to prevent the dead from escaping and the living from entering.
Appearance: A big, three headed dog, with black fur and flames coming from his body, his middle head should be a serious face, one of them be a bit sillier, probably drooling, the last one should be chewing on a body or body part
Cerberus as a playable character: Cerberus should be used as a mans best friend kind of deal, he will be linked to a player with his passive, Cerberus' main role is to make sure that him and his teammate get the kill, by using his abilities to make the battle go his way
Basic Attack: Bites with all his heads, then his heads and a claw, then his heads and claws.

Passive:Man's Best Friend
Cerberus will be linked to another player, both players will gain a small boost to both physical damage and protection, also, if they have both damaged the same god recently, the boost will be even stronger
Ability 1: Dark Howl
Cerberus howls, spreading fear and mischief.
All minions in a medium circle around him will run away in fear for 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 seconds, his linked god will gain a small speed boost of 2.5/5/10/12.5/17.5% for 3/3/4/4/5 seconds
Ability 2: Slobbering Teeth
Cerberus will sink his teeth into his enemy, holding them down for his companion to attack.
He will attack any enemy directly in front of him, stunning them for .75/.9/1/1.5/2 seconds, doing a small amount of damage, his linked god will gain a 7/9/11/13/17% boost of range for all attacks while the enemy is stunned
Ability 3: The Hounds of Hell
Cerberus digs into the ground, allowing the hounds of hell to dig out and attack his enemies
Cerberus takes a moment to dig, unearthing 1/1/2/2/4 hounds, which will attack the nearest enemy god, each with 110/125/150/175/250% of his team's minion's stats, his companion will also gain the knowledge of the nearest enemy on his map by use of the dogs sniffing the air.
Ultimate Ability: Canine Carnage
Cerberus will use both Dark Howl and The Hounds of Hell at the same time, also gaining the same stats as his companion, he will also sniff the location of 2 enemies on map, and all minions near him will run in fear. His companion will gain 150% of the stats that he would of gained originally from both abilities
(its just a rough draft, hes meant to be like a hunting companion dog, helping his companion decimate enemies with his abilities, but still being able to fend for himself)
Passive, how is the ling made? The nearest player? Explain.
Dark Howl, way to OP. 3 seconds? That is almost better the Hun Batz's Fear No Evil. Thaat is an ultimate! You need to nerf that thing to hell.
Canine Carnage, how long does it last? What happens if his partner has worse stats then him? He seems like a physical attacker, so if he is a Ra's companion, then he will do no damage?
I just think you need to rework the idea and explain things a bit more. Look in information for god idea makers, for some tools to help you format and give examples.
