Baku - Eater of Dreams

Hope you like this idea. I tried to come up with a japanese god because their pantheon is very small. Please leave constructive feedback, especially with the numbers.

Passive: Sleepy
All enemies in a 15 radius of Baku are 3% slower.

1st ability: Dream feast
Baku sucks out the dreams of those infront of him, healing himself for 15% of the damage done.

Damage: 100/150/200/250/300
Duration: 3s
Heal: 15% of damage done
Cooldown: 7s
Cost: 50/55/60/65/70

2nd ability: Dreamy charge
Baku charges forward knocking minions aside and stopping at the first god hit, stunning them.

Damage: 50/100/150/200/250
Stun: 1s
Cooldown: 10s
Cost: 60/65/70/75/80

3rd ability: Dream blast
Baku fires a projectile made of bad dreams foward passing through enemies and dealing damage.

Damage: 75/100/125/150/175
Cooldown: 8s
Cost: 50/55/60/65/70

Ultimate: Your Worst Nightmare
Baku creates a ring of darkness and all enemies in the ring are slowly pulled towards Baku, 5% of their total health being dealt as damage every 0.5 seconds. After 3 seconds all enemies are stunned and Baku gains movement, attack speed and damage buffs.

Damage: 5% of their max health every 0.5 seconds
Duration: 3 seconds
Stun: 1.5 + 0.5 for every other god.
Movement speed%: 10/15/20/25/30
Attack speed: 20/25/30/35/40
Damage %: 10/15/20/25/30
Cooldown: 90s
Cost: 100/110/120/130/140
