Passive: Fleshless
Basic attacks pass through Bake-Kujira after hitting him. Basic attacks
that have passed through Bake-kujira will do 50% of their normal damage
to enemies if they are hit.

1: Infection
Bake-Kujira accompanies all of its allies around it with a diseased cloud.
The cloud grants allies a movement speed buff and a power buff
Cooldown: 14s
Cost: 60/70/80/90/100
Speed Buff: +10/15/20/25/30%
Power Buff: +10/15/20/25/30%

2: Dive
Bake-Kujira dives under the ground and surfaces at a
chosen location dealing 75/125/175/225/275(+50% magical
power) to all enemies hit. When he dives, Bake-Kujira
leaves behind protruding pieces of wood, spears, arrows,
and flags on the ground. They also appear where he
surfaces. These areas last for 4s and deal
10/20/30/40/50(+10% magical power) damage to all enemies
in that area every 1s. If the areas intersect, the
intersecting areas do +20% magical power instead of +10%.
Cooldown: 12s
Cost: 75/80/85/90/95
Radius of Burst and Shrapnel: 20ft

3: Rice field
Bake-Kujira creates a square 60x60ft rice patch of 25
plants. Each plant will heal an ally for 10/20/30/40/50
(+10% magical power) points of damage. The plants become
diseased and rotten if an enemy tries to eat one and are
dealt 10/20/30/40/50(+15% magical power) damage. When a god
is effected by the rice it is only the rice that they consume.
This ability does not effect minions and each plant can only
be used once.
Cooldown: 16s
Cost: 06/70/80/90/100

Ultimate: Toxic Rain
Bake-Kujira sprays diseased water around itself dealing
130/240/350/460/570(+60% magical power) to all enemies hit.
Allies in the radius of the ability that are under the effects of
Infection have their Duration doubled
Cooldown: 110s
Cost: 110
Radius: 40ft

I'm not sure what a rice field has to do with a ghost whale, lol. Also, the tooltip says that an enemy is healed if they eat the plant, but that the plant becomes poisoned if an enemy eats it and deals damage. So I'm thinking you meant allies get healed, right?

Changed a few things.

If he is immune to basic attacks then he is beyond broken cause that's like all of some characters damage with no counterplay

No he is still fully damaged by basic attacks, all basic attacks pass through him and are able to do damage to everything. Like if he was in a team fight an there was an assassin attacking him and a mage using basic attacks on him, the mage's basic attacks would also hit and damage the assassin if they had already passed through Bake-Kujira. It's really just a way to help Bake-Kujira in team fights.
