Astraea- The goddess of stars

Astraea was known as the last immortal to live on Earth until she left in disgust of humanity’s brutality
Ranged mage/support

Passive: Stars- after every ability where Astraea heals herself or an ally she gains a “star”, each star adds additional power to the her ultimate in a proportion of .1percent of total ability power to a cap of 7 stars

1: constellation- Astraea creates a constellation that floats in the air for 10 seconds healing allies very slightly for each second that the ally is within its radius

2: stars in the sky- Astraea places a burning hot star on the ground that deals damage in the radius of the stars impact slowly dying out over a period of 8 seconds while revealing a tiny area on the map

3: wish upon a star-Astraea wishes upon the stars that she placed, if the star is near an ally it will give off a warm glow healing the allies in its radius in a single burst, while if near an enemy, the star will explode in a medium radius dealing damage to all enemies within its radius

4: falling stars- Astraea makes stars fall out of the sky within an extremely large radius where if they land on an enemy they will deal a decent amount of damage doing an increasing amount of damage for each falling star that hits by an extra 40 damage, and if landing on an ally it will heal the ally for 5 percent health, all effects are affected by how many “stars” are in the passive
