Note: I prefer the name Apophis over the name Apep, thus I will use that name in this post.

OVERVIEW



Name: Apophis

During the day when Ra travels across the sky Apophis lies to the west just below the horizon. Awaiting the moment when Ra arrives to the west to slither his way to the east and bring darkness upon the world. Apophis was cunning though, and would avoid confronting Ra for he has formidable allies, But lying in the shadows makes Apophis grow stronger. When he believes to have grown strong enough to fight Ra, he sneaks up to Ra during his travels and swallows him whole darkening the world during the day, Ra having allies at his side, is set free from the stomach of the serpent and sends him to the underworld where Apophis awaits in the shadows.

Snake Vision


Apophis gains attack speed the longer he is near enemy gods.

Serpent Agility


Whenever Apophis toggles this ability, every time he uses his abilities he gains an increase in speed for a short duration, movement speed and durations stacks.
Ability: Buff Affects: Self Movement Speed: 10/12/14/16/18% Duration: 4s Max Stacks: 3 Cost: 9/10/11/12/13 per ability Cooldown: .5s

Hypnotic Gaze


Apophis gazes into his enemies eyes causing damage, enemies are feared and then stuned.
Ability: Cone Affects: Enemy Damage: Physical Damage: 70/75/85/100/120 Fear Duration: 0.9/1.0/1.1/1.2/1.3s Stun Duration: 0.5/0.6/0.7/0.8/0.9s Cost: 80 Cooldown: 22/21/20/19/18s

Deadly Bindings


Apophis charges to an enemy god, tangling himself while dealing damage every 1s and slows the enemy.
Ability: Line Affects: Enemy God Damage: Physical Damage Per Second: 35/55/70/80/85 (+25% of your physical power) Slow: 4/8/11/13/14% Duration: 4s Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 Cooldown: 19/18/17/16/15s

Parasitic Mind


Apophis Strikes his enemy from behind binding himself to the enemy's neck and taking control of his movement. While controlling his target, him and his target are both CC immune and 15% of damage dealt to Apophis is also dealt to the host.
Ability: Melee Target Affects: Enemy God Damage: Physical Damage: 90/110/135/165/200 Control Duration: 2/2.5/3/3.5/4s Cost: 95/105/115/125/135 Cooldown: 90s

Like the concept, though I would like to see the names of the moves based on his lore, like "devouring the sun" or something like that. But overall I like it. I was going, to an Apep profile, but now that you've done It I don't have to, less work for me (honestly I didn't create anything yet)

Well Hypnotic Gaze is kinda from his lore "In his battles, Apep was thought to use a magical gaze to hypnotize Ra and his entourage,..." that's from the wiki, and the ultimate Parasitic Mind is from the TV series SG1 where parasite like creatures attached themselves to human hosts and pretended to be Egyptian gods, the passive is because he is a snake and snakes are cold blooded, but as for the 1 and the 3 those names are pretty weak and I'm open to suggestions. What if for his 1, to MOAR e name fit his lore and such, and also to make it slightly more interesting. Call it nights embrace, and make it that he goes invisible.

I absolutely love the idea for the ult, but it seems wickedly op. Iirc it's longer than Fenrir's ult. What I would love to see is him literally take control of a good(movement and abilities), but stuff like that is generally a no go since it's a very un-fun mechanic.

That said, I don't like it in its current form since it's basically an op version of Fen's ult mixed with Arachne's 2. Oh and the passive is also op, since it's basically a self-only permanent buff akin to Loki's 2 without the damage which will allow him to be an insane early game ganker, especially with the kit he has.

The 2 and the 3 look good, but the cost scaling on the 1 needs bumping up, somewhere closer to Xbal's.

Also, props for the sg1 reference ^·^ great show.

not sure what you mean for "What if for his 1, to MOAR e name fit his lore and such,..." and I want to stick away from invisibility because it doesn't match with his lore

So I halved the control duration but i think its a bit to low (remember Fenrir has movement speed buff as well) I also bumped the 1's cost a bit and added a condition to the passive

Sorry, most of the time I'm on my ipad, so my words get jumbled. I meant, what if you change his 1 so that it is called nights embraces, this could work at least because he is in a away the darkness. And it would make him more interesting. Because you would then have 2 gods who can go invisible.

The reduced duration should be fine if the Ult works like I think it does (Either targeted like Loki's Ult or a dash like Athena's 1), but it'll be hard to tell how to balance it unless it's put in the game.

I'm trying not to sound nit-picky, but the Passive is a little UP now, since they're going to attack him the second they see him. What you could do, is make it so that minions will ignore him for X seconds after attacking an enemy god (Resets on exiting combat).
