The new Conquest map

So before the new map i got around 60-100 fps on max graphics on my laptop. Now I play the new one and my laptop gets around 20-40. I tried turning the graphics down, it didn't help at all. I know its not my laptop with the problem because it is a fairly new 4000 dollar gaming laptop and I have changed nothing about it since the update. I don't know if it is all the trees making me lag or what. I love smite but I might have to quit playing for good if this continues cause i cant tolerate that lag. Any suggestions, comments or anything are welcome. Thanks.

the new map has so many problems not only in the part of how it react's on the computer. since your laptop is so new and as you say buffed for gaming i think you should E-Mail Hirez about your probleme if any can fix it they can.

I feel sorry for you, but on the other hand I kind of like the new conquest more than the old one, as it makes junglers viable and a bigger threat while walking in the jungle. Something that I've missed since I used to play League of Legends actually. A laptop worth $4000? You shouldn't have any problem with that at all, are you sure that you've installed all windows updates and the drivers are up to date? I'm playing on a desktop that is worth $1571 without any issues at all.
