Hey guys, recently I've bought 3 400 gems in 3 different tries by accident in which all 3 have been declined by smite. Yet again it actually pulled the amount of money required for 3 400 gems and I've received nothing yet. Contacted customer support sending them this 2 times now and received no help at all. Please help.

Lmfao.... can you go into more detail?

Okay so from what I read, you bought THREE 400 gems on ACCIDENT???

First of HOW THE ****.... Do you ACCIDENTALLY buy 400 gems... NOT ONCE..... NOT TWICE... but THREE times?????

Doesn't sound accidental to me lmfao. I'm not being a anus but its pretty funny if you did it 3 times you must not pay attention to what the hell you are doing and I suggest not getting a job that handles money.

____________________________________________________________ ENOUGH WITH MY TROLL____________
#1 How did you buy the gems, meaning what did you use to buy gems with, DON'T SAY MONEY no ****.
#2 Did you sent it to your right account?
-This may sound dumb but I actually sent 800 gems to the WRONG account before and NEVER got my gems back and I raged about it on this forum a while back. I sent MANY support tickets and Hi-Rez basically told me **** you and ignored them.

DO EXACTLY WHAT I SAY

#1 Sign into Hi-Rez website and CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT PURCHASES if you bought the gems it should say so.

#2 Go to the EMAIL that your SMITE ACCOUNT USES and CHECK YOUR EMAIL
- Inside your email look for your purchase if its in there.

If you find the purchase you made then it SHOULD or MIGHT say WHAT ACCOUNT the gems got sent too.

This is how I found out what I did wrong, my email showed me that I sent it to the wrong account and I was mad.... I printed out the pictures and sent it to Hi-Rez support but they never replied.

IMO this is why they shut down their old main website for smite, they can lie all they want but I know its because they ain't helping some people out with their transactions when they mess up.
I personally seen threads on their old forum where the moderators would ban people if they ask why they are not responding to their problems.

If Hi-Rez doesn't fix the problem the only thing you can do is go on forums, but once you get your thread locked its basically "**** you your ****ed"

Enough with my rambling though check out what I said.
