I play Bastet a lot. I pounce in, bleed them and dump the cats. I'm beating them with a Frostbound Hammer and STILL they run away. How is this possible? I smack them with the Nine Tails and see almost no difference in their speed as they race away from me.
This can NOT be working properly. It just makes no sense. Am I missing something or does this seem wrong to others as well?
Bastet is one of the weaker assassins in the game, the cats from the ult can be killed really easily lategame, even before they do damage, or even earlygame by the jungler if they happen to have 'Hand of God' not on cooldown.
I think Bastet is played best in a duolane right now, ganking mid just from time to time, more as an utility assassin than a real killer. If your team has no damage and needs some, do not take Bastet.
I think she needs a subtle buff.

While I appreciate what you had to say you really didn't address the point of this post. I'm saying that slow is not working as intended. Has anyone else noticed this?
