Can anyone please publish a guide for He Bo?
I'm thinking of using him as a jungler early game because of his very low cooldown and because of his very low health. Im giving him shoes of focus then either a chronos pendant or a breastplate of valor. It's kind of working, anyway it would be better to hear an experts opinion, maybe this way won't work at high levels

No problem! It's technically "expired" but it was updated in February and nothing substantial has happened that'd affect he bo's build or guide, and HiFromBuddha is one of only two moderators so he's pretty respected. So I'll vouch for the guide :)
