I've been seeing a lot of things about Hel being wrecked in the latest patches, but from what I've seen it looked like she got buffed.
This was the buff from Patch 0.1.1350:
Hel
Decay/Restoration
The base damage of these abilities have been increased from 60/125/190/255/320 to 80/140/200/260/320.
Cooldown has been decreased from 12s to 8s.
Hinder/Cleanse
The cooldowns for these abilities have been reduced from 16/15/14/13/12s to 14/13/12/11/10s.
Repulse/Inspire
The cooldowns for these abilities have been reduced from 16/15/14/13/12s to 10s at all ranks.
Nowhere after that has she been nerfed, but she did get some nerfs before the above patch. Hel has had her OP moments and her **** moments, but the question is:
Where does Hel stand now? Is she a good Goddess, or a **** Goddess?
