Can't join any matches

I was playing a normal conquest match as Arachnae, when suddenly it brought up my Desktop and said "Smite.exe stopped working."
I closed everything and restartet Smite, and I was even able to join the match I was assigned. I absolutely rocked (9/1/something), but after the game my goodwill reset to 0% (6% actually, I guess because of the match), and since then I haven't been able to join any matches. No arena, no conquest, no domination, no joust, nothing. I checked my stats on the player stats and it even says matches left: 0, so what exatcly is going on?
Should I tell the official support about this?
Why can't I play any matches?
Why did my goodwill reset even though I didn't leave any matches?

A little help would be much appreciated.~

I can't even join Solo Pracitce Mode against that damn cheating Manticore.

After a relog, I can participate in matches again... My goodwill is still gone though.

Thats a well known bug.
When the game crashes it handles it like you are a deserter, but since the game you left is still running you can still rejoin and because you finished the game it doesn't show up as a left game.

Okay, thank you. Is there a list of known bugs you could point me to?

Also, if I complain about it to the support, will they restore my goodwill?

2. No they won't.

3. Just play 16 games and it should be at 100 again
