I'm a fan of joust, and I would love to 2v2 joust with my roommate as a teammate. Anyone heard anything on this?

Not yet, although an asgardian arena sort of mode is in the makes acording to dataminers so nothing official yet.

I can't remember but I thought I read they were doing a 3v3 version of it?


EDIT:
Just checked and the new patch notes state the following
"The Joust Practice mode can now be played in Co-Op mode in parties up to 3. You will face off against one to three enemy gods, based on your party size."

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
