It seems like the new rating system rewards players based on how much they play. I play smite consistently, but I'm a full time college student and don't have time to play several games everyday. I tend to play smite about once or twice a night, sometimes more. I was on vacation the week the "league patch" came out, so naturally I fell behind and landed in bronze. Playing only 2 games a night I don't think there I will ever be able to move up to silver, that is unless I win every game, which in smite, in elo hell, is impossible. Should I just give up Smite now and switch to league of legends ? Am I doomed to elo hell forever? or am I just not understanding the new system right? I'm really frustrated any suggestions are welcome.
