God of Balance

Taken from a post I made on reddit.

Vishnu is a ranged Guardian like Sylvanus.
For his appearance he will be standing up, wearing a gold and green lungi and no shirt. He will be blue and have markings all over his body that glow. His top left hand is holding a white conch shell, and his top right hand has one finger facing up, with the Sudarshan Chakra spinning just above it, and he holds the earth in his regular hands.

Passive Ability

Karmic Balance
Each time an enemy gets a kill, a random buff or debuff is applied. Chaos causes the enemy to take damage over time, and Order heals all of Vishnu's allies. Applying Chaos or Order supersedes any existing Chaos or Order buffs. So applying Order while Chaos is active causes the debuff to be removed.
Ability type: Passive (Buff, Debuff,)
Cooldown: N/A
Debuff: -15 health every second for 10 seconds
Buff: +15 health every second for 10 seconds (Not including Vishnu)

Primary Abilities

Preservation
Vishnu raises his conch shell and blows into it, healing and buffing the lowest health ally within a certain area. He also heals and buffs himself.
Ability type: Area (radius 30), Buff
Cooldown: 17-16-15-14-13 seconds
Heal: +8 health per 0.5 seconds for 10 seconds
Buff: + 10% attack speed and damage for 6 seconds
Infinite Knowledge
Vishnu's eyes glow and he hovers in the air and then slams down on the spot where he was last. Vishnu learns all of his enemies' attacks and avoids them, becoming immune to damage for a short period of time.
Ability type: Leap
Cooldown: 14 seconds
Damage mitigation: 100% for 4 seconds (includes unfriendly items, passives, slows, and minions)
Damage: 45-75-105-135-175 (+ 60% of your magical power)
Astral mark
Vishnu chooses an ally or enemy to mark. Marked allies take less damage and regain health over a short period of time. Marked enemies take more damage and lose health over a short period of time.
Ability type: Buff, Debuff
Cooldown: 15-14-13-12-11 seconds
Damage mitigation: -15% for 10 seconds
Healing: 16 every second for 10 seconds (+40% of your magical power)
Debuff: +15% damage taken for 10 seconds and -16 health every second for 10 seconds (+40% of your magical power)

Ultimate Abilities

The Might of the Chakra
Vishnu unleashes the full power of the Sudarshan Chakra, growing it to an immense size and flinging it in a direction. The chakra moves forward stunning enemies it hits, and then comes back hitting and stunning enemies again.
Ability type: Line ability (Length 30, width 15) Projectile speed: 60 units per second, with a 1.5-second delay between the first and second hits.
Cooldown: 90 seconds
First hit damage and stun: 245-285-325-365-405 (+200% of your magical power) Stun: 1.3-1.4-1.5-1.6-1.7 seconds
Second hit damage and stun: 325-365-405-445-485(+200% of your magical power) Stun: 2.3-2.6-3-3.3-3.5 seconds
