Flash Bomb
Veles hurls a bomb at the that area that explodes loudly on impact. Enemies in 15' of the blast are damaged, and enemies in 20' of the blast are feared away from it.
Veles opens his mouth as spirits and dirt erupt from it, dealing damage to enemies in a cone. This ability deals no damage to enemies without Enfeebled.
Veles roots and damages the target enemy god before teleporting to them. If that enemy has Enfeebled, they are stunned instead. The damage dealt by this ability scales based on his missing health, from 50% damage at 100% health, up to 100% damage at 30% health.
Veles emits a wave of darkness from his mouth that damages and silences all enemies hit. Once this has finished casting, he may teleport up to 20' away up to twice for free within 4 seconds. Enemies who have Enfeebled are stunned instead of silenced.
