Sancho Panza, the inseparable squire of
Don Quixote, always lived under the shadow of his master’s idealism.
Don Quixote saw giants in mills and castles in humble lodges, but Sancho knew that the reality was very different. Yet his loyalty never wavered. Although his ambition to become governor of an island was what initially drove him, over time Sancho understood that the most valuable thing was the friendship he forged with the sad figure knight. Throughout his travels, Sancho developed a keen sense of common sense and earthly cunning that saved him from numerous dangers.
When
Don Quixote was called to the arena of the gods, Sancho felt that his place was once again by his side. However, upon arriving in this divine world, Sancho not only discovered a new purpose, but also realized that for the first time he was seen as more than just a simple shield. The gods saw in him a sharp mind, an inner strength that made him a key piece on this battle board. Now, Sancho fights not only for his lord, but for himself, facing titans and monsters, armed with his practical intelligence and a faithful donkey who never abandons him.
