(do not question the title) poli'ahu is the Polynesian goddess of snow and ice. Is one of peles sisters. Had a fight with pele because poli'ahu kept winning sledding races against her sister. This resulted in a volcano erupting and poli'ahu was forced to stop it.
Passive Ability
Icy persistence
Every 5 BAs stuns enemies hit and grants Poli'ahu attack speed. BAs against stunned enemies deal bonus dmg based on max hp and can stack up to a cap along with attack speed.
Primary Abilities
Snowball fight
For the next 5 sec causes her BAs to gain bonus range and to fire 5 snowballs per 1 BA. Each snowball deals 30% of her BAs total dmg. Gains attack speed as well.
Blizzard tunnel
In a line forwards summons a blizzard to appear for 3 sec. Enemies inside take dmg over time, are slowed, and lose their protections over time as well. Allies gain movement speed and attack speed when going through the tunnel.
Sled racing
Upon casting sits on a sled and gains movement speed and dashes forwards. If she hits a wall rides over it and moves faster. Turning is reduced. Lasts 5 sec but can go on longer if riding over walls. Doing so increases abilities duration by 2 sec. Riding into enemies deals dmg and roots them. Can cast abilities while riding and silences don't stop this ability.
Ultimate Abilities
Piercing icicle
Selects a direction and then summons a giant icicle. Then sends it forwards. This pierces all enemies hit and deals dmg to them based on their missing hp. Leaves a giant path of snow behind that grants movement speed and attack speed to Poli'ahu. Can recast whenever to explode the icicle. Doing this causes a massive area near the icicle to be covered in ice and snow dmging enemies and stunning them based on distance traveled by the icicle. Can travel forwards infinitely.
