If the initial hit is blocked by dmg immunity (ie Aegis Amulet) the target will not be mesmerized.

Oberon summons a radial effect that affect's any wall in the radius (regardless of LoS). Walls effected by this will be covered in vines that will attempt to grab any enemies within range; grappling and rooting them to the wall.

Additionally, Oberon may recast the ability [X] seconds after the initial cast to grapple back to the wall. He is immune to knock-ups during this.
