Hitting enemy gods with basic attacks or abilities makes Moroz Hypothermic, increasing Moroz's damage mitigation by 1.5% per stack. At 5 stacks Moroz gains a buff that applies a 15% slow to the next god hit by his basic attack. Stacks decay after a short time, and cannot be refreshed. Additionally while Hypothermic, Moroz is able to resist all slows by 10%. (Stacks last 6 seconds)
Primary Abilities
Cold Snap
Moroz snaps his fingers, enemy's in a small AOE around Moroz are slowed 15% for 3 seconds and take damage over time. Applies 1 stack of Hypothermic.
Frostbite
Moroz swings his staff Frostbite once around himself into an overhead slam, then jabs outward with extended range, dealing damage in an AOE/line. Enemies that are slowed take additional damage. This ability will add a total of 2 stacks of Hypothermic and can be canceled between swings, and reactivated within 3 seconds.
North Wind
Moroz roots himself in place, and begins channeling this ability in a side-to-side spraying cone AOE. Enemies basic attacking Moroz during this time have basic attacks and movement slowed 10% for 3 seconds. Enemies hit by the spray take damage over time for 3 seconds while inside the ability, if Moroz hits an enemy with all 3 ticks of this ability they are slowed 20% for 3 seconds. This ability provides 1 stack of Hypothermic per God hit, or effected by it.
Ultimate Abilities
Frozen Solid
Moroz imbues his next basic attack with all his power, causing the next God hit to become frozen solid and banished from all combat for 5 seconds, unable to take damage, or heal while frozen. Enemies near the frozen target take decreased damage, and are forced to shiver (tremble) for 3 seconds, enemy's in the second ring have basic attacks and movement slowed 10% for 6 seconds. This ability gives 5 stacks of Hypothermic.
