A Closer Look on Māui

Māui is the great culture hero and trickster in Polynesian mythology. Very rarely was Maui actually worshipped, being less of a deity and more of a folk hero. His origins vary from culture to culture, but many of his main exploits remain relatively similar.

Tales of Māui's exploits and adventures are told throughout most of Polynesia; they can be traced back as far west as islands off New Guinea. Some exploits common to most Polynesian traditions are stealing fire for humans from the underworld, fishing up islands with his magical hook, and capturing the Sun to lengthen the days.

Vision for Māui

[*] Strong and Teenager like(Visuals)
[*] Serious when needed but Funny(Personality)
[*] Tribal Hero(Perspective)

My vision for Māui is to be that combo like cc type hero just like Odin. With his kit it utilizes on how much damage you want to deal with an individual opponent or making a setup for your team to come in and take down the whole enemy team,so you're trying to be that setup type of person on what ability to use next, you have used Grabbing Hook(2) now either you want to use Kupua Magic(3) to get that burst damage for getting close and beat the enemy down if low health or use Empowering Strength(1) afterwards to get a chunk of health of them. He's like a typical warrior style where you want to get that big damage off and try to finish them off with your other abilites to get the kill or assist your team into getting a multiple enemies down.
