Straight up a bird humanoid with a hammer and a nail. Slap the two together and you get thunder. Leigong is also known for smiting evildoers and people who do wrong things so he's like a judge except the hammer isn't hitting the table it's hitting you on the head .

Dmg Leigong takes he stores as sound which boosts his abilities range and dmg.
Primary Abilities
Spike throw/Hammer smite
Spike throw(as you guessed) throws a spike forward in a line and at the end of it's range it lands in the ground staying for 3 sec. Recast ability to use hammer smite which leaps forward and slams his hammer down. If he hits the spike in the ground it lets out sound stunning and dealing aoe dmg. This makes the spike disappear.
Horrible screech
Screams in a cone in front of him dealing dmg per .5 sec and at the end stuns. Lasts 3 sec.
Judgements arrival
Leigong flies up becoming breifely cc immune. Flight lasts 6 sec. Every third BA from Leigong stuns and deals aoe dmg. First 3 sec of flight grant movement speed.
Ultimate Abilities
Field of nails
An area around Leigong sprouts out nails which constantly give off sound dealing dmg over time. BA can destroy the nails exploding and stunning enemies hit.
