Effigy

The stone protector

For centuries, the gargoyles were nothing but the petrified echo of devotion, stone sentinels placed in the oldest pantheons to watch and protect, without life or thoughts of their own. They were silent, motionless guards on the highest spires of the temples of the gods. His only purpose was vigil, a duty etched in his essence of rock and forgotten magic.

But the war between the deities began, a clash that shook the cosmos, tearing up the realms. The magic that kept order dissolved into pure chaos. The temple of Effigy collapsed, and the stone sentry fell thousands of feet into an endless void, his body crumbling by the collapse of reality. But it was not an end. The primordial energies of chaos, wild and unpredictable, clung to every fragment of his body, imbuing it with a new and terrible life.

Upon awakening, Effigy did not remember the gods he had guarded, nor that faith which one day had inspired in the temple which now was nothing but dust. He had only one instinct, a single guideline carved in stone since he existed: to protect. His body, now alive and fractured, had become a reflection of the world around him, an effigy of the very destruction he had witnessed.

Now, Effigy roams the battlefield of the gods, driven by a mission that is no longer stationary. He is a guardian of an already broken past, a vigilante who has found his voice in a war he did not start. He does not fight for a god or for the glory of a pantheon, but because he no longer has a place to protect.

Passive Ability

Stone heart
Effigy will gain passive protections for a percentage of its maximum health. In addition, every 5 seconds that he is immobile and does not perform an offensive action, he enters a state of petrification, regenerating 1% of his maximum health, up to a maximum of 10%.

Protections gain: 5% max health
Fragmented death
After death, the fragments of Effigy will be scattered on the ground which will allow him to come back to life after being rebuilt. After its reconstruction, Effigy will create an explosion around it, which will damage all nearby enemies according to its percentage of defenses. These may only occur once every 120 seconds.

Life recovered: 200 + 50 health per lvl
Explosion damage: 10% of Effigy defenses

Primary Abilities

Watchtower
Effigy stands on a pillar, increasing its radius of vision and detection of enemies. After a few seconds, it throws itself to the ground, inflicting impact damage and stunning enemies that hit directly in a radius. If Effigy chooses not to drop from the pillar, this ability gains an additional 2 seconds cooldown.

Damage: 90/130/170/210/250 + (75% intelligence)
Increased radius: 50 feet
Stun duration: 1.25 seconds

Mana cost: 50/55/60/65/70
Cooldown: 12 seconds

Scaredevils
Effigy utters a heartbreaking scream in a cone in front of him. All enemies hit will see their protections reduced after 1 tick, after 2 will be silenced and deafened and on the third they will be vulnerable and in fear for 3 seconds. The above effects are recharged for each tick that hits the same opponent.

Damage: 20/30/40/50/60 + (50% intelligence) per tick
Number of ticks: 3/4/4/5/6
Reduced protections: 5/10/15/20/25 magical and physical
Duration of effects: 1 second

Mana cost: 45/55/65/75/85
Cooldown: 16 seconds

Blessed settlement
Effigy anchors itself to the ground, becoming invulnerable to crowd control effects and gaining additional protections. While anchored, Effigy emits pulses every 1 second that affect both an area around him and a straight line in front of him. Each pulse will damage the enemy and slowing them, and will cause more damage and reduce shields and healing if he hit them with the ray.
And if he hits an ally, it will increase his defenses and make them immune to slows and grabs for 2 seconds.

Slow: 45% during 1 second

Defense increase (Allies): 2/4/6/8/10 magical and physical
Duration: 4 seconds

Cooldown: 14 seconds

Ultimate Abilities

Rising stone
Effigy spreads its wings and rises into the sky, lifting all nearby enemies to its take-off zone. After a few seconds it drops back to the ground with great force, stunning enemies and creating an area of tremors.

Damage of the rising: 100/200/300/400/500 + (30% strength)

Damage of the fall: 200/300/400/500/600 + (20% strength)

Stun: 1.5 seconds
Tremble damage: 25/50/75/100/125 + (20% intelligence) every 0.5 seconds
Tremble duration: 5 seconds

Mana cost: 90/100/110/120/130
Cooldown: 100 seconds
