Astraea

the Maiden of the Stars

Introduction
War on Earth wasn't always so commonplace, you know. There was once a time where peace was as plentiful as the stars in the sky. Do you remember this time?

It was with heavy heart that Astraea fled the Earth. The excessive battles and bloodshed of mortals and gods alike brought her so much horror and shame. She made a new home for herself in the stars, a place where she could watch over the Earth from afar. Watch, and wait for the day the battles ended. But they never would.

Would those on Earth not redeem themselves? Would the gods continue to wound each other so mercilessly? Well, perhaps it was time for Astraea to truly intervene.

Author's Note
The following is a moveset concept for the Greek goddess, Astraea. The concept itself heavily leans into the idea that Astraea and the Virgo constellation are one in the same. I don't have (or want to steal) any images for this concept, so I hope your imagination (and my wording) is strong enough to imagine her abilities and such!

Passive Ability

Lucky Stars
For every 3,000 player damage an allied god has taken in total, they gain a lucky star. Each god can have up to seven lucky stars. Each star provides a 1.5% increase to damage output, 1% damage mitigation, and 0.5% movement speed.

Primary Abilities

Repent
Astraea emits a divine light in a small cone in front of herself. Enemies in range of this ability become "guilty" for three seconds, reducing their movement speed for the duration. if a guilty enemy uses an ability, they are no longer slowed, but they are damaged and silenced for two seconds once their ability has finished casting.

Damage: 90 | 140 | 200 | 260 | 320 (+50%)
Slow: 10% | 12.5% | 15% | 17.5 | 20%
Cooldown: 14 Seconds
Shooting Star
A star appears in the sky at the target location, and it will stay there for up to five seconds. Allies within 50 units of the star gain bonus protections. While the star is in the sky, this ability can be recast to make the star crash into a target location, damaging enemies in a small circle (25 unit radius) and stunning them for 1 second, while allies in the area are healed.

Damage: 100 | 160 | 220 | 280 | 340 (+70%)
Heal: 60 | 90 | 120 | 150 | 180
Protections: 6 | 12 | 18 | 24 | 30
Cooldown: 16 | 15 | 14 | 13 | 12 Seconds
Starfinder
Astraea dashes to an allied god within 40 units, or if her shooting star ability is currently active, she may dash to her star. Dashing to her star makes it disappear, but afterwards, all of her active cooldowns are reduced by three seconds.

Cooldown: 14 Seconds

Ultimate Abilities

Interconnected Stars
A glimmering beam of light links Astraea to all allied gods that stay within 70 units of her for ten seconds. If an allied god leaves the range of this ability, this ability ends early. Linked allies gain increased power, and every two seconds that the link stays intact, Astraea and her allies restore a percent of their missing health.

Physical Power: 20 | 25 | 30 | 35 | 40
Magical Power: 20 | 30 | 40 | 50 | 60
Health per tick: 5% | 7.5% | 10% | 12.5% | 15%
Cooldown; 110 Seconds
