Artemis Mini Rework

Goddess of the Hunt

Artemis has been struggling to find a place in the meta currently due to her reasonably strong late game being unable to compensate for her bad early game. Compared to gods like Jing Wei or Heimdallr who are also safe picks, she lacks power to rival theirs.

So instead I've made her into a somewhat more aggressive carry, able to chase down her enemies and prevent them from escaping her wrath.

With this rework I inted to fulfill the following goals:

Stronger early game power.
Make her kit more interactive with itself.
Passive rework
More fun to play and competitively viable.

Explanation

-

The Hunt is supposed to make her whole kit have a way of interacting with itself and fit her role as a hunter. It grants her more power when attacking her intended target and makes it harder for them to escape.

-

I don't know what makes Artemis a desirable god to pick but for some reason it feels like this would make her more viable in my brain as it adds a small layer of depth and increases her power by a small amount aswell. She gains more utility and cc with the cripple on her 3, Suppress the Insolent.
