Intro

Hey I'm Kooch, I stream and play this game.
I'm currently in the 2k+ (2000-3000) bracket check my stream out at

TWITCH.TV/KOOCHBRAH
I stream Smite every night 5:30cst-12:00cst watch my stream and request that I play Sun Wukong for....um...Wu?

Sun Wukong has been the most op champ since he was released....and here....is how I play him also here are my stat pages
koochbrah notkoochbrah

also bringing sanity to smitefire haha man some of these guides are just way off base.

The Basic's

Sun Wukong in a universe of Op...he is the Center...~Koochbrah

FLEET FOOTED
While out of combat, Sun Wukong's movement speed is increased by 10%

Quoted:
Um.....Yeah op as hell movement speed op

Somersault
Sun Wukong flips through the air, crashing down at his target location, doing 50/90/130/170/210 (+70% of your physical power) physical damage to all nearby enemies and slowing them by 50% for 2 seconds.

Quoted:
an Escape....that slows...and does dmg....yeah max this 4th

Overhead Smash
Sun Wukong smashes his staff to the ground in front of him, doing 85/150/215/280/345 (+100% of your physical power) physical damage to all enemies in a cone

Quoted:
This is your bread and butter...you will be maxing this 2nd

FURIOUS MONKEY
Sun Wukong flashes through the air, pouncing on an enemy before flashing on an enemy before flashing off to the next one, hitting up to 4 targets and doing 80/125/170/215/260 (+70% of your physical power) physical damage on each pounce.

Quoted:
This dominates laning phase and helps you keep up your burst in teamfights...this will be maxed 3rd

YEAR OF THE MONKEY
Sun Wukong believes that celebrating the Year of the Monkey should be limited to once every 12 years. Enemies within the celebration take 10/15/20/25/30 (+25% of your physical power) physical damage every .5 seconds for 5 seconds. Enemies initially caught within the celebration are additionally feared for 2 seconds.

Quoted:
This is the best ult in the game....I do not expect it to not receive nurfs before the game goes release...this ult wins team-fights hands down...make sure to max it first

0k now you know his abilities these are the self imposed Rules that I put on my self....

The Rule's

#1 This is the most important so I'm going to start with it... Your Jump Somersault should only be used for 3 Three things...using this unbridled op as all hell ability on frivolous things will always fk you up in the long run...

. Starting a Fight (Initiation)
. Escaping a Fight (Saving your Life)
. Securing a Kill or Objective (Be the Boss)

#2 Always buy Hand of the Gods. Wu needs buffs... Hand of the Gods helps you get buffs faster. Need I say more?

#3 Make sure and always use Year of the Monkey at the beginning of any full blown team fight...or Gank....and try to keep in mind when your opponents have used cool-downs that will let them escape.

#4 Build Void Blade....this is a Must Buy item for Sun Wukong...NO EXCEPTIONS

#5 Remember...99.9999999999999% of the time you will be Stacking a Heartseeker Make sure to be aware of how many stacks you have and how well a team-fight is going....do not risk your stacks on a bad engagement for your team.

Jungling...Aka BuffMan

Jungling isn't the correct term to use for this game...its more like Buff Controller

Like I say in the last chapter don't be to obsessed with afk farming the Buff Camps, Get in and Get out. U usually want to either invade with mid and your lane partner and take their green or you want to protect your blue...both are nice but if you can steal green and get blue you have to seriously **** up to lose the lane (this is of course talking about the post Thor Jungle changes).

Make sure to get the first 2 blues for yourself then after that its pretty much fair game...imo its better on the tank/supporter because all you do is auto attack..

My usual route is have them Hand of the Gods blue and you take then go to the prot buff mid and take it with your Hand of the Gods...then attempt a gank on mid lane if possible.. if not try and go back to your lane and help out while your Hand of the Gods is down...once its up try and make a play for Red Buff Make sure to put a Ward on their green and at faerie and you will not be able to be ganked unless they are some tricky mofos...Rest of the time while in lane try to be elusive and if you back to base go back and hide in jungle before NEVER LET THE ENEMY KNOW YOUR BACKING as it gives them a clear shot at a 2v1

The Do's n Don'ts

THE DO's
Always buy Hand of the Gods (seriously ****ing buy it)

Always build a Deathbringer (usually 4th or 5th item)

Always build a Void Blade after Warrior Tabi rank 1 (3nd item always until nurfed)

Always buy Wards after 8 min mark

Always try and counter jungle if you see your opponent return to base

Make sure to always build some kind of Lifesteal (imo Soul Eater and only viable) usually last item or 5th item

Make sure to save Somersault to get out of traps and certain ults.

Avoid opposing Fed carries in 1v1 confrontations

THE DON'Ts
Do not Build Tankong (ie reinforced boots , Hide of the Nemean Lion, etc)

Do not Build Devourer's Gloves ( Soul Eater is better and faster to build)

Do not Somersault into a fight and focus tanks your job is to and I repeat focus the Carries!!!

Do not Fight a lopsided fight with a fully stacked Heartseeker (ie a 2v4) Its best to just get out and be useful in the next team fight

Do not try and fight most tanks 1 v 1 they will escape you most of the time.

Do not Build these items Fatalis, Staff of Mana, Boots of Celerity, Vampiric Shroud, and Meditation.

Will add more when they pop in my Head

What not to BUILD

Ok first off these items I am going to list are in my opinion bad choices for Sun Wukong and should not be build unless there is some kind of situation your in that requires you to buy....first off no items with AP on them...do not do it its not funny.....

AD
Frostbound Hammer
Devourer's Gloves
Golden Bow
Staff of Mana
Jotunn's Wrath
Death's Toll
Fatalis
Brawler's Beat Stick
Vampiric Shroud

AD Protection
Hide of Leviathan
Breastplate of Valor
Mystical Mark
Sovereignty
Reinforced Boots

AP Protection
Magi's Blessing
Rod of Will

Hp or Hp5
Gauntlet of Thebes
Midgardian Mail

Great build and guide, packed with good info. Wukong is definitely a top tier god.

Only thing is the lack of Executioner, I find often that unless I'm playing a pub game Heartseeker is often useless as my hard work amounts to nothing when I will undoubtedly die.

The title makes Sun Wukong sound so... alluring, hah.

Great build and guide!

The updated video would be greatly appreciated, though.
