+10% Cooldown Reduction

EVOLVED PASSIVE - Your abilities heal you for 15% of the damage dealt to targets.

Does it proc on basic attack stims, like aimed strike or ?

Actually...I'm not sure about Aimed Strike. Aimed applies its own ability damage, and note that procs on the basic attack FOLLOWING an Aimed Strike hit. I think you might get that heal from the Aimed Strike...I'll test out and see.

Only thing that procs a fully stacked is , amazingly enough...all other abilities do NOT. Not worth on .

I've felt since the first reveal that the passive, in most cases, is pretty underwhelming. That said, throw a Decoy on a minion wave, and it might give you enough health to keep you in a fight...I need to see how this all works.
