Discussion: This is a pure defense item that provides high balanced protections, health, and some health sustain, along with a minor protection aura for nearby teammates. Although it has strong defensive stats, the requirement to gain stacks to increase protections means it is a bit weak before stacks are built. This can put adverse pressure on those building the item if they have to engage aggressive enemies at that stage of a match.
Should stack very quickly in teamfight modes where minion waves are always split between multiple teammates.
