Over the past three weeks our judges have reviewed the several submissions we've received in our Ymir Guide Contest. It was a hard choice but we've decided on a winner who will receive the grand prize...

So what set Pellie's guide above the rest? What makes it the bees knees? It's got everything you want from a great guide. It's concise and easy to understand, it's well formatted, the depth of information ranging in every section covers what you need and what you might need depending on the situation.

Winning Guide Highlights
We've highlighted some parts of Pellie's guide below, but be sure to check out the full guide for yourself for there are a lot of great aspects to it.
Skills
It's always a good idea to know what skills a god comes with. Pellie lays that out with precise information, as well as highlighting pros, cons, and some hiccups and advantages of Ymir's skill set.
Combos
It's good to know the basics of your god's skills. It's even better to know what sequence they work best in order to be the most effective Ymir you can be for your team, as well the biggest nuisance for the opposing team.
Items
Items -- without them you're just working with half efficiency. Pellie goes into great depth here about which items work well for the good o'l frost giant. Starting with the standard core items our author explains why these were picked over other options. Pellie points out situational items to buy based on the current state of the match (ie, early-game, mid-game, late-game). If learning combos and understanding skills are the bread and butter, then the items are like the condiments and dressings of this proverbial sandwich.
Gameplay
The final part we wanted to point out is the Gameplay section of Pellie's excellent guide. This is where Pellie lays out how to actually play Ymir in the Jungle throughout all the stages of a match. This section isn't overtly flooded with information. It's to the point and easy to read, perfect for getting a great understanding of this god.
Final Thoughts
We just wanted to bring up a few last things. First we would like to thank every single one of you who participated in this contest, from those of you who created gudies, to the amazing community members who provided feedback and support. All of your guides and comments were great and we truly appreciate the time and effort you put into them.
