If you don't mind me asking, what's your standard build? Are you basing your build off of Zilby's or nanoyam's guides, or do you have your own build? You should check out those guides, because they provide a good amount of information that you might find handy, and their builds are different enough that you might decide on one or the other.
I just saw a tydetyme match with a very strong Sol as opponent. She builds double stacking. High powered with a Obsidian Shard as pen item. I might not double stack like her because I might fall behind but a full power build instead of AA build might work better for me.
My suggestion...it sounds like Zilby's hybrid build would work best for you. Sol is probably best when you utilize both basic attacks and abilities, so building a bit for each should do well. Zilby's guide is a bit outdated (not updated for S3), but it should still work just fine.
