Hope it helps :3

The second and third question I can't answer though.

For Chang'e remember that your abilities are everything to you and the are crazy powerful. You have an inbuild invulnerability skill and a heal with a possible 5 second stun. I would suggest you to max CDR(cooldown reduction) as soon as possible. If you play arena then there your skill should never be on cooldown. That implies always use it when u can, the heal and the dmg an dont hesitate to use your 2 just to avoid poke dmg. It has a short cd but beware of incoming ganks as the enemy might want to bait it out for a gank. So wards are always helpful. Try to always have them in conquest. To master her properly read the guide by jordenito on Chang'e dancing in arena. It is a guide for arena but wonderfully explains her gameplay.

For He Bo, all i can say is that read its guide. It is probably the most rated guide on this site and is detailed beyond comparison.

Welcome to Smite and i hope you have fun. :)

You should know how to play every role, but you can 'specialise' in one role :)
Then you can pick one god and get really good with it, or master all gods a bit, that's your choice.

You should learn junglin' because it is quite different from laning.

If you want to learn roles you should watch streamers that specialize on a specific role :

ADC - Zapman http://www.twitch.tv/zap55

Jungle - Lassiz http://www.twitch.tv/lassiz

Solo - Wolfy http://www.twitch.tv/competitive_online

Mid - Jerby http://www.twitch.tv/croninlol

No clue about a support streamer
