Bro, Mark of the Golden Crow. That's a good steroid. The cooldown is 18s but the mark lasts 15s. That means 1 on 1, you'll have only 3s of no steroid every 15s. That steroid is only matched by hunters which have in-built steroids.
The problem with Divebomb is that there's a delay when you land. You're in the same spot for .5s or so which makes this "escape" a bit unreliable.
Sunbreaker does have a situational slow already, I think that's spot on. His ult can dish out tons of damage if you take 4 out of 9 of the arrows.

You're right in the sense that his steroid isn't as useful in team fights. But as an adc, most of the game will be in the laning phase which is generally 1v1, 2v2, or 1v2.
And if you get fed in the laning phase, you probably won't need a steroid.
I agree entirely, but casual is more common than ranked and Warlock's is more common than Thoth despite the fact that Thoth is great - hence why it's under-rated.
I dunno with which scrublords you have to play ^^, but the most mid/solo laner buy Book of Toth if it fits in their kit Vulcan/KKK/Pos/He Bo and so on

I see what you're saying, but you're basically calling Mercury's, Melee Ullr's, and any other steroid that requires you to be in a melee range bad. Zoning out is definitely a problem, but as an adc you should have impeccable positioning in the first place. Which, in turn, allows you to not be zoned out as easily. I'd have to agree that the single target steroid is a problem though. Since Hou Yi has the shortest point of origin in his AAs (I believe) that makes his attack range shorter than his older brothers and sister. That certainly puts him in a disadvantage if a Rama wants to box, for example. Apart from that, I'd say it's a good steroid to shred down guardians and warriors.
