Introduction

Hello and welcome to my first build post!

My name is Loki Fox and I cook builds, hence ChefLokiFox!

I am not going to make in-depth guides, but a build that is specifically tailored for the god is intended to.

I will make pointers why I chose those items and go through indepth what makes the god special.

My item choices will empower the special thing about the god.

I will start with ability choices I usually make and why I chose those, but it is up to you, who tries these builds, which abilities you want to start with.

From here on I will call the builds for Recipes

I hope you will like the Recipes. I will tell you that some of them looks like they don't make any sense, but they work.

You can find me on my socials:

Twitch
Facebook
Twitter/X
Youtube

Without further ado. Let's start the recipe of "Slap harder than Heimdall's yeet! HECK!!! Harder than Buddha's palm!".

Skills

Starting of with the skills.

Passive: Still Target
Still Target is her passive skill, it makes Artemis deal increased damage with basic attacks to the targets that are affected by Crowd Controll. 15% to gods and 30% to minions and Jungle mobs. This is the thing that makes Artemis special to other gods, but not the only thing that makes her special. She has 3 CC in her kits.

Skill 1: Transgressor's Fate
Transgressor's Fate vacuums and roots when standing near it.

Skill 2: Vengeful Assault
Vengeful Assault gives Artemis attack speed and movement speed buff. At late game with the main items, not the variants, if you hit your basic attacks, it will never turn off until there are no more enemy gods in the area to hit. You will be spamming Vengeful Assault a lot while shooting basic attacks.

Skill 3: Suppress the Insolent
Suppress The Insolent damages and slows enemies and is Artemis' main damage early game. When utilized properly, you can take a big chunk of the enemy's health if done correctly later game.

Ultimate: Calydonian Boar
Calydonian Boar stuns enemies, which gives you time to do your damage.

TIP: If you you want to deal damage with Calydonian Boar, just don't use other abilities right after they get stunned. If you time your abilities to extend the duration CC to make Still Target to deal lot more damage.

There are 2 variants of skill progressions I use. The starting level 1 variant I use at conquest. Getting Transgressor's Fate earlier than Vengeful Assault and no skip. The starting level 3 and above variant I get Vengeful Assault earlier than Transgressor's Fate and do a skip at level 8 and max Suppress The Insolent and get Calydonian Boar to level 2 at the same time at level 9.

Now Lets get to the fun stuff!!

Items

Let me explain why I chose those items:

Death's temper
Death's Temper has 30% attack speed in it's stats and gives up to 35% increased basic attack damage and will be the only attack speed item in the main items. Artemis' Attack speed will be at 1.56 when not using her Vengeful Assault and with her Vengeful Assault, her Attack speed will be at 2.32. Her Attack speed can be capped with Entangled Wings, but I usually pick Blink over Heavenly Wings since the Blink] [[Calydonian boar Combo is more reliable to slap them away from the existence.

Soul Eater
Soul Eater has CDR, Lifesteal, 10 flat Phys Pen and Ability Lifesteal when fully stacked and evolved. Good way to heal yourself in 2 ways.

Hydra's Lament
Hydra's Lacement has CDR, % Phys Pen, MP5 pr Missing Mana and gives Additional 30% Basic Attack Damage which goes really well with Still Target.

Fail-Not
Fail-Not has CDR, % Phys Pen, Crit Chance and Additional 20% Crit chance which caps Crit chance at finished items. This item caps CDR.

Rage
Rage has 45% Crit Chance when evolved, which makes the next item funny along with 40% CDR.

Depending on which mode I'm playing at, I pick Rage first over Fail-Not and I don't buy any items until I reach the required gold to buy Rage or Fail-Not since it throws the enemies off, so they don't buy Spectral Armor. The required goldis usually around 2.800 - 3.000 gold

Malicious Deathbringer
Malicious Deathbringer boosts Crit Damage with 25% and sets the Crit Chance up to 90% that can be capped when using Calydonian Boar. That wasn't the fun part. The fun part of the item is that every Crit damage it reduces all Non-Ultimate Abilities by 1 Second. Here you will be spamming your Vengeful Assault since it will be available again before the Ability Duration has run out. Vengeful Assault can be active as long as you have mana and enemy gods around. Heck if you want, you can ROOT, HIT, RUN and REPEAT the tanks, but remember the CC has Diminishing Return. The more you do CC the less CC Duration will be.

The variant I only use when there is a high chance that the enemies will have Spectral Armor.

It deals less damage, but still slaps hard.

For the variation of the build, Rage and [Malicious deathbringer]]are replaced with following items:

Dominance
[[dominance] has attack speed and gives basic attacks have 20% penetration

Titan's Bane
Titan's Bane has 20% physical penetration and additional 20% physical penetration for the first ability cast.

Campatability to other gods

The special thing about Artemis is that she is the only god that is compatable with EVERY god that has currently been released due to her Still Target. There are no gods that don't have CC. Even when the god don't have CC. An item that puts even a Soft CC makes her compatable to the god like using Frostbound Hammer, Entangling Wings, Midgardian Mail and other items can be named. There are one of the examples.

The gods that Artemis is most compatable with are the ones that have a Long CC duration such as Khepri, Hades and Maui are one of the examples!

Summary

As i said, this is not an a full on guide how to play, but explaining why I chose those specefic items to empower the god's kits and what makes the god special over any other gods.

That's everything and I hope you like the Recipe that I made specifically for Artemis.

Next stop is Mulan, this one is abit weird and not your typical every day Mulan build.

Ping me at any of my socials or here in this place, if you are in need of another Recipe. If I haven't made the Recipe for the god you ask for. I can make it in no time.
