I agree with most of what people are saying. Sun is probly my favorite god in the game, He is extremely good at sticking to an enemy and soaking damage like a sponge. but if someone else has defense, and pen, He is going to be ignored or even worse ganked. I personally focus on tiger for early game single target burst. but you at the very least need cudgel level 2 for clearing waves. Leveling masters will is pointless because the only increase you get out of it is damage. Damage that can be used for tiger or cudgel. Its main use is its slow, Same with the ult. Although this is more of an opinion, Keeping ult level one and leveling your damage abilities makes alot stronger a god. (The ults heal does not increase in level)

You have to have bluestone pendant as sun, As it is super beneficial for his damage output early on, And all of the rest is mentioned above.

Sorry dude, but your build is not good for the Solo lane. Yes you have good damage and protections, but that's the thing. Wukong, and other ability based warriors like him, need to build penetration and not straight power. Also solo laners need to build items to counter each other and with a build like this you are easily opened up to getting heavily countered by items and relics that have protection shredding, power reduction, and anti-heals. In my opinion, you need to change up your build a lot more to be beneficial to your team because having a good KDA is nothing if you and your team lose the game.

KDA doesnt matter in this type of game where skill means everything. Wins and losses matter more.

IAmLuks wrote:

You don't need cooldown reduction to be OP or to win, you just need to know when to use your skills correctly.

Maybe not but if you had the chance to use more of your skills constantly or once every 10-15 secs which would you pick?

Depending on who you are fighting against the items that you call "items that a support usually has" can save your team from having a Deicide and as a result from that, losing the game.

If youre the support than sure, if not you could be getting something else to help your dps.

IAmLuks wrote:

You could also do the same thing with warrior/bruiser itesm, except with the bruiser items you have more dps.

spents extra mana. which is possible as long as you have blue.

IAmLuks wrote:

did you know that you have some potions.

Yeah and so has your opponent. But It's not the sustain I'm talking about. You opponent can just poke/trade free damage in. Which can end up in a kill or because you need to back a lot faster in you getting behind. Which gives the opponent a chance to roam.

IAmLuks wrote:

your 72 TRANSFORMATIONS and can run away?

As long as you aren't hard cc before using it, or most hard CC while using it.

I was going to change the build a little bit anyway because I was not pleased with the general performance, I was even thinking about getting Ancile in there some way or another.
I never said that it was supposed to be a Conquest build, if you want to used for Conquest Who am I to say something? Since the build has more defensive items than power items, you'll need to make a combo of THE MAGICAL CUDGEL and MASTER'S WILL, did you know that you have some potions, your 72 TRANSFORMATIONS and can run away? After getting some level and getting defensive items you can tank for sure, but you can also start with a defensive item if you want to.
I didn't metion that the Tiger form stuns because all the information about the skills are there.

Tiger Damage: 100 / 170 / 240 / 310 / 380 (+80% of your physical power)
Tiger Stun: 1.0 / 1.1 / 1.2 / 1.3 / 1.4s
Ox Damage: 50 / 90 / 130 / 170 / 210 (+60% of your physical power)
Cost: 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 / 85
Cooldown: 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14s

Did you not mention that Wukong's tiger stuns people?...

Devampi (105) | February 6, 2016 2:42am
I'm going to agree with skullKid here.

Building sov and heart if your support has them is a waste of 2 item slots. If you survive because of those 2 sup items you would survive better with higher protection items.

Also a big tip: if this is a arena build better mention it as typing in the most annoying solo lane warrior will let people assume it's a CQ build.

And your skill order for CQ is horrible. Why because how are you planning to clear the wave without magic cudgel and not taking a load of damage in the process in the early game?

Sorry man, didnt mean to offend! Its just suns strongest role is the "Jack of all trades" build. Only time he needs to build into a large tanky build is when the support either disconnects or doesnt coordinate with the team well. In a teamfight you generally need a bit more power and CD reduction in order to stick to the enemy and use your abilities. The Items that a support usually has is sovereignty and heartward, the aura does not stack if there are two that have those items. Which ends up hurting the team in the long run because you sacrifice two item slots for low defense items (Assuming you stay anywhere near your support anyway).

I recommend replacing the two with Breastplate of valor, and ancile, Or since you already have some great defensive items, Jotunns wrath and spirit robe. Cheers!

Wait, wait... you came into 2 of my guides to talk sh*t? First of all Sun Wukong doesn't need to be the balanced type of God, wich is OP by the way, I've been using this build for a long, long time and the game that I got the most kills with it I had a K/D/A of 13/0/18.
You don't need cooldown reduction to be OP or to win, you just need to know when to use your skills correctly. Depending on who you are fighting against the items that you call "items that a support usually has" can save your team from having a Deicide and as a result from that, losing the game.

EXAMPLE:

You're fighting Medusa or Janus, the guys who have have a dangerous amount of damage, and he/she keeps hitting you like crazy but in the end you'll survive because of the "items that a support usually has".
I've been hit for almost a full minute by Kukulkan and I was fine, you know where I was? On front of their portal JUMPING AROUND LIKE A MONKEY (was that a pun? okay it wasn't funny...).
