It takes at least one second to go up the air, how do you explain this in ability description.
I'll just put it takes 20 air to launch up and 10 air per second after.
As long as it's cost is registered before it's damage, it's kinda against what this is all about. You could save up your air but have 20% of it blown before you are even able to get what you were saving for.
I don't really feel like going into the specifics on each piece right now since I'm on vacation. But the 3 is drop dead amazing. It feels fresh and new. The only similarity I can think of would be Zeus' 1. But I can see how it has it's own unique twist. That is honestly one of my favorite abilities I have seen on this forums yet. His ult is also pretty interesting. I love how it works and how it can fit into most if not any fight or situation. He seems like he could be a very consistent god. I don't really want to go into what I mean by consistent( if you want to know you can ask me in another comment). But all in all this is an amazing god.

I agree, but he could tweak some of the numbers to make him a bit less overpowered in the early game.
