Why the Arachne bans lately?

I've seen her banned a ton in ranked since jungeling was implemented, it skyrocketed when she got cripple on the web (then went a bit down after they removed it) and then when they increased the ult size, made it go through walls she got banned a lot more again and some evil dude found out that leveling the eggs first could make them kill a shut down jungler. She dropped a bit down again after they changed the eggs to increase in number for each level you put in it, so now she is back to being banned from time to time.
I'm in bronze atm and I ban her almost always, because lets face it bronze isn't top elo and a lot of the time she is able to just spin out of control.
