It's not that good, but I like it. Her abilities have been changed slightly, which I like.

I hate that Bastet got humanized, now she's like one of those people who have cat ears and tail. T_T

I like that Zhong's ult got reverted though at the cost of him now getting CC'd.
Sprint having slow purge and immunity at level 2 is nice, despite its cost going up.

But the matchmaking is what I'm really looking forward to.

Is it just me or was I the only one who did not like Bastets original design? I don't think she looks way better but at least her eyes no longer look like pieces of Hard candy anymore.

I would've preferred that she kept her anthropomorphic design to stay in line with Ra and Anhur, but get a more graphic update to it. Now she's like one of those women who likes wearing cat ears and tail.

It's not amazing. Also would have preferred her to stick with the anthropomorphic style, but this still looks better than what she looks like now, so I'm fine with it.

I think the Zhong Kui fix is good and a fair compromise. Happy with that.

PrivaTyr skin is epic win.

Changes to MM are definitely welcome.

The HiRezTroll Icon idea is amazing, lol. 64 gems to buy, but gives you one gem upon buying it to get rid of those 63 gems we got upon release. Genius.

Definitely picking up Feaster Bunny.

All in all, this patch is a pretty good one. New remodel, new gem skin, a good fix to Zhong, and a tweak to the matchmaking. Definitely pretty good.

I think a more anthropomorphic design would have been better as well. I just hated the eyes on the original so much.

Does she still make actual cat noises? I haven't logged in yet today

Oh right, feaster bunny is gonna be available. Yay, been waiting to use my gems for that. And now that matchmaking is being tweaked, I'll have plenty of time to play with Bakasura!

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions.
