Hello, another update of my life. Covid caos arrived hard in my city and since I work on a school I was suspended of my work for 2 months. I still receiving my payment but I stay home doing nothing because the school company is handling the classes in their HQ. So, what else may I do locked at home? Yes, you are right, play videogames. So today was one of the days again that the timezones aligned and I got to play some games with some of the regulars again.

And in the long game spree we decided to play arena again. Like other arena games (If people remember the all guardian ones) we decided to troll (build). Bran spun a wheel to assign a random god and then we had a random item generator to give us the 6 items we had to build (although it gives an order we decided you could pick the order yourself.) Here are the results (cringe at your own risk)

It was fun and I am still wondering how we were allowed to win.


So now with the fun out of the way I have really been enjoying smite again, mostly assault, however even casual conquest has been doable. I still don't fully know which role I want to be playing, I have played every role now and I only am quite sure that solo is not really my thing. Hey everyone! It's me. That guy.

I'm back in SMITE for round 3! I mean that this is my third "returning"... ahem... THE RETURNING OF THE ALMIGHTY Z!

Jokes aside though, I'm wanting to play Conquest, but out of fear that all my lovely babies have been made irrelevant, I need help. I would like to know which gods are mostly relevant in S7, and if much has changed since S6.

Is my dearest Artemis okay? What about sidebae Sol? Beachchef Vulcan?

I checked the... "community" guide for Artemis already and saw not much changed for her buildwise? Is that right? (That'd be greaaaaat!)

Don't know how long I'll be sticking around. That'll mostly depend on how the people behave in this game.

I probably suck now too, it's been a long time since I've played. I wish SMITE had a "you're a baby" mode I could play. .-.

Anyhows, please help a fellow out, yes, you wise SMITE lords? And... Lord...esses?

clan on smite? I mean I guess I understand since I only play arena and I have been either afk or on with a friend any time I've been invited lately but there was no heads up or anything. I just got on and was out. I had even worked my way up and was trying to get my 2nd 2350 chest in the clan store.

So been playing fairly consistently the past 2 weeks having gotten back into Smite, so I thought I'd share some thoughts I've been having (idk maybe someone will find this entertaining or something coming from someone who hasn't played for like 3 years).

• More has stayed the same than changed. I'm sure that for most of you this will probably come as no surprise. Sure the jungle and maps have changed and there are new gods and whatnot, but good build practices have remained (from what I can tell) more or less the same, and the same old strategies still seem to work overall. Although selling boots for a potion is pretty dang weird.
• I thought I would be worse. Like really, scroll back in my match history to see my first games coming back, my winrate definitely shouldn't be above 50%. Is matchmaking in Smite just so bad that they pair me with people consistently below my skill level? Idk, I don't get it, but it's hecka fun to wipe the floor with these players.
