Introduction

This is my very first and dumb but viable Odin build for 3v3 Joust. With this build you will be smashing heads in wherever you land. I've found that it has great early/mid/lategame potential. But with this build you will win before you even hit midgame.

Items

The items that I've put together for this build is what I found to work best when knowing how to play Odin the only way possible, leap and get pentas.

Why these boots? Because they give you a very much needed cooldown reduction. If you want Warrior Tabi, then this build isn't for you

Getting this ASAP will be a big help as it provides mana for 1 more Raven Shout and Lunge and 25% CD reduction. This combined with Ninja Tabi and lvl 3 Beads will allow you to use Raven Shout and Lunge 2 times right after eachother, dealing massive amounts of damage.

This item is the sweetspot for balanced HP, MP and Protections.
Although, you might want to consider getting any other defensive item depending on your enemies setup.

This item is great to have if you are being focused by a mage.

This item will help you melt down tanky characters quickly.

This item might save your Asgardian butt if you get into a bad situation with strong burst gods.

The reason why you would need this active if because it resets the cooldown of your and allowing you to use them twice in a row.

You can use this either to chase or escape. Useful against fast gods inside that are running away from your auto attacks

You can buy this if you feel like you are the one taking the most damage inside your to escape potential death.

Skills

Lunge

Lunge is the bread of your skillset, use this AFTER activating

Raven Shout

This is the butter of your skillset. Using this before you initiate with will guarantee that your enemy will have half HP if you hit.

Gungnir's Might

This is the toppings of your sandwich, slowing an enemy will alow you and your teammates to constantly pound them. With the exception that the enemy might have an esacpe that counters this.

Ring of Spears

This will ensure that nobody will escape you or your teammates. Not leveling this early on will allow you to maximize the damage of your and It will be like nothing else.

Pros / Cons

PRO'S
  • Insane burst damage
  • Good auto-attack damage
  • Good mobility
  • Mediocre tankiness

CON'S
  • High mana cost
  • Vunerable to his own mistakes
  • Constantly has to go back to base to recover mana

Team Work

Having someone like Anubis, Zeus or a long range healer will help you max out your potential.

Make sure that you have good team coordination and don't suddenly go in without warning your teammates.

Summary

The summary of all this is simple. Deal damage and win the game until you are satisfied.

But really, Odin is a great god and with the newly reworked version of him, he suddenly became one of the strongest Physical Attack gods in the game from being the lowest damaging god in the entire game.

I strongly advise you NOT do use this build in any place besides Joust and potentially Assault.
