It looks like Chaac with a tail and without his axe ><. Searched all over the web for a Mayan god with a tail with similar descriptive features and couldn't find anything.
Hmm I'm thinking siege as well, The build, design, size and archers on the back definitely point towards siege, but anything is possible at this point.

It probably a new god maybe KahōʻāliʻI - god of the underworld it says that he has strips jest link the one on that image or it's a Titan for the new map or a jungle minon but there's a very small chance it to be Kalamainuʻu - lizard goddess but Kalamainuʻu is a goddess and on the image it looks like a man but it has a tail and a long taung but that's my thoutes.
I don't see Lizard when I look at him. I see giant monkey beast. the hands and the hunch he has screams monkey. He's obvious Mayan (color). And he has armor that appear to double as a minion tower XD.
