Buy cursed ankh if you need anti-heal. Only buy blink if you feel comfortable with it. If you're not comfortable using blink and anti-heal is not needed, go ahead and get belt of frenzy.

I have been playing a lot of Ratatoskr support lately due to the recent acorn changes. After trying a few different builds with the thick bark acorn, I was getting shredded in most team fights. With the new changes to a lot of pen items, I thought of trying a health bases build. This build seems to work a lot better, especially with the mega sustain added in from using evergreen acorn's passive.
