If I buy multiples of the same chest will it give me more then 1 of the same item I already own? For example if I win the hebo skin once will it then minus that from me winning again so I can win other things?
If the question is whether or not you can get more than one of the same item... you cannot. The chest shows what you already own, those skins and items are in full color where it shows what the chest contains. You can only win things you do not already own, shown in the black and white.
Didn't you say you were level 12?
I'm not trying to tell you how to spend your money, but wouldn't it be wiser to wait and make sure you will like the game for more than a month before spending that kind of money :P?
