Item: Bracers of Hunting

+10/20/30 Critical Hit Chance
+4/7/10% Movement Speed

Cost: 700/1800/2300

Passive: For every 5% of critical hit chance above 30%, you gain 5% additional lifesteal.

I wanted a crit boosting item that people would use, besides the Deathbringer and Rage. This also gives some merit to the idea of having a crit chance over 50%. *cough Artemis cough*

Yes, it is, but its also meant for guys who might want to NOT use Rage. Seriously, huge weaknesses of the current critical build design is that:

A. Everyone buys Deathbringer and Rage. And why wouldn't they? They are the two best crit items in the game.

B. The two other crit items, Brawler's Beat Stick and Golden Bow, are hideously situational.

C. Any crit chance above a certain threshold (50%) gives rapidly diminishing returns.

D. Any crit build without Deathbringer is worthless.

Personally, I'd just rework the Deathbringer and Rage to have a different passives, as they restricts build designs and creativity. Its also kind of boring to see the exact same two items on every crit build ever.

And you're saying this item will fix it? Crit chance on its own is incredibly weak. If this item is implemented, I truly believe others would rush different items first.
