1st: Star Glitter
Atlas shoots forward a tiny, but powerful, star that drags all enemies
along with it using it's gravity. Enemies effected are dealt
70/110/150/190/230(+65 magical power) enemies can leave the pull of the
star for a +20% of the total dame that would have been dealt if they
had stayed in the pull.

2nd: Galaxy Barrier
Atlas creates a galaxy around himself, becoming cc immune and gaining
A 50/60/70/80/90% damage reduction buff for .5s/1s/1.5s/2s/2.5s all basic
Attacks are reflected for 15% magical power.

3rd: Supernova
Atlas summons the energy of a supernova in a target location. The burst
Forces all enemies outwards and deals 80/130/180/230/280(+80% magical power)
Cooldown: 10s
Cost: 75/80/85/90/95
Radius: 20ft
Ultimate: Celestial Rain
Atlas ascends into the sky. While in the sky he summons a meteor shower in a
Target location dealing 100/200/300/400/500(+75% magical power) over 3s. When
First rising into the air, Atlas has 4s to summon the shower. If the shower is
not summoned while he is in the air, the cooldown is reduced by 25%.
