Hey, I know it isn't exactly the direct solution as this issue looks a bit as some browser problem, but you could type the headings manually; for example:

[h1] Text here [/h1]
[h2] Text here [/h2]
[h3] Text here [/h3]
[h4] Text here [/h4]
[h5] Text here [/h5]
With heading number 1 being the biggest one, and 5 the smallest.
I also saw you had similar problems with showing proposed colors; but there aren't that many of them anyways- if you ever felt as if you needed some, take a look at this list for example.
The way of using them is very similar, and quite intuitive:

[color=#ffff00] Text here [/color]
If you want to use another, just exchange the "ffff00" with other color's code.
