Goddess of Snow

Background:
Chione (Ancient Greek: Khionê) is the whimsical Greek Goddess of Snow. She is the daughter of Boreas, the Greek God of the North Wind with his wife, Princess Orithyia of Athens. She has many siblings whom she loves to play around with in the snow.

Theme:
Snow, snow, and SNOW! Chione is an AoE focused mage who specialize in impeding enemy movement like what real life snow does. Her kit focuses on generating and managing snow piles.

Passive Ability

Snow Pile
Chione is the personification of snow, thus snowfall follows her wherever she goes. If Chione does not move from her current position for 4 seconds, the snowfall eventually accumulate into a Pile 'o Snow underneath her. Enemies who walk over a Pile 'o Snow have their movement speed reduced by 15%. Piles 'o Snow cannot stack on top of each other.

Primary Abilities

Snowball
Voiceline: Chione laughs (VEL) upon cast

Chione gleefully hurls a snowball in front which explodes upon hitting an enemy or after reaching its maximum range, damaging enemies within 15 feet radius. If Chione casts this ability while standing on top of a Pile 'o Snow, she may cast this ability again one more time, consuming the snow pile in the process. A Pile 'o Snow is created right under where the Snowball exploded.

Damage: 60/110/160/210/260 +60% of magical power

Voiceline: Out of the way!

Chione conjures a large snowball for 1.2 second then rides it forward, crushing enemies on her path and carrying them along. Affected enemies are dealt damage and become displaced, counterable only by CC immunity. For every Pile 'o Snow encountered and absorbed on the path, the rolling snowball becomes larger and deals more damage. The snowball travels in a straight line and Chione can be CCed while riding it.

Bonus Damage: 15% of magical power per Pile 'o Snow

Voiceline: Behold my creation!

Chione erects an immobile Snowman on a target ground which blocks enemy movement and basic attack projectiles. It promptly explodes when its duration expires or when hit by a Snowball or Snowrollin', dealing damage to enemies within 20 feet radius and slowing them. If cast on top of a Pile 'o Snow, two Snowmen are erected simultaneously side by side, consuming the snow pile in the process.

Voiceline: Call the emergency!

Chione causes a massive cascade of snow to fall over a target wall surface or point obstruction, damaging and burying enemies caught underneath. Affected enemies are momentarily banished under the huge accumulation of snow which now acts as a blockade. After the snow blockade thaws, several Piles 'o Snow are left behind.

    Snowman: Chione constructs a mine hazard sign. For two snowmen, she erects a mine hazard and a "keep out" sign.

    Avalanche: A cave-in in the form of a landslide.

SKIN 3: MI AMOR CHIONE (Exclusive - Valentine's Chest)
A valentines themed skin for the Snow Goddess. Attire includes a vivid red flamenco dress and a rose flower clasped by Chione's red lips.
    Attack Projectile: Chione blows a heart shaped kiss.

    Snow Pile: A litter of rose petals.

    Snowball: Chione blows a bigger heart shaped kiss.

    Snowrollin': Chione unfurls her dress, revealing her legs and waves the red cloth which summons a matador bull and then she rides the bull after.

    Snowman: Chione constructs a small circular date table with a bouquet of roses on top. For two snowmen, she erects a date table with two quaint chairs and a bottle of liquor on top.

    Avalanche: A horde of suitors in tuxedos stampede down over each other.

SKIN 4: MS. SANTA CHIONE (Exclusive - Winter Holiday Chest)
A winter themed skin for the Snow Goddess. Attire includes a plump red Santa suit and a sack of gifts on Chione's back.
    Attack Projectile: Chione throws a regular snowball.

    Snow Pile: A snow pile with several small gift boxes.

    Snowball: Chione throws a gift box.

    Snowrollin': Chione rides a red Santa sled full of toys and gifts.

    Snowman: Chione constructs a stack of gifts. For two snowmen, she erects a stack of gifts and a small Christmas tree.
