Issues with publishing

Basically I want to add my guide back into the reading world. Though I can't seem to unarchive my guide. I click publish in the editing section, then I click on unarchive. I waited 10 minutes before just clicking publish and seeing if that would work alone solely. When I click on unarchive the page I'm on refreshes and alas no change. I used different browsers and what have you. Though still no change, just throwing my issue into the spot light. If I am doing something wrong let me know, thanks.
