So, the effective damage (correct me if I'm wrong) would be:
(b₁+(70%)p)+t(b₂+(50%)p) for jungle bosses and minions, and
(b₁+(70%)p)+(50%(t(b₂+(50%)p))) for gods.
warlock's sash
assuming full stacks of Warlock's Sash, and assuming Soul Reaver does not activate:
(235+(70%)618.75)+(50%(8(48+(50%)618.75)))=2097.625 damage to gods and 3527.125 to minions.
Edit:
Now I will calculate the damage with protections/penetrations. A fully stacked Hide of the Urchin gives 65 magical protections, Void Stone reduces that to 45.
(2097.625*100)/(100+45)=1446.63793103
1446 damage in a rare situation. 1446 damage assuming Hades builds almost entirely damage, and the only way I can think of this many detonations hitting the same target is a wave of minions walking through No Escape.
2) 8 blighted enemies will almost never happen, even 3 would be a lot.
3) actual damage taken will account for enemy defenses and will be less than 2000
